The Dance Performance
took place
on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 9.30 p.m.
at the village green.
The Cultural Society Longos "Lord Byron" has invited
the
Pankalvrytan Society Patras - the in 1873 by
Kalavrytans
founded first
greek society.

The chairwoman of our
society,
Mrs. Maria Tsamtsouri-Kapetzoni,
and the chairman of
the Pankalavrytan Society,
Mr. Athanasios Frantzis, opened the
event with warm greetings to the visitors.
The dancing groups
of the Pankalvrytan Society
guided us not only on the ways of greek
tradition
but reminded us with their dances about the
greek cinema.
At the end of the evening all
enjoyed
the dances of the Middle East ...
... as dancing does
not know borders.
