The members of Longos Cultural Society and villagers of Longos showed a great interest about the hot topic for our region "waste disposal site Papanikolou". The presidents of the villages of former Sympoliteia Municipality and Erineos Municipality came together at the Longos Cultural Center for a discussion about the waste disposal site. There, they decided what they should do for a review of the Papanikolaou position as this project will pollute the aquifer and the environment.
