The traditional Ceremonial Laying of Wreath took place on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at the memorial of the victims of 22nd of August, 1962. Eternal the memory of: Panagiotis Bouloubasis, age 54 Christos Tsaouis, age 52 Nikolaos Birbilis, age 30 from Psathopyrgos Nikolaos Markouras, age 23 Christos Moukas, age 16

The wreath was brought from the village green to the memorial of the victims of 22nd of August, 1962.

The wreath was laid down by the chairman of our society, Mr. Ierotheos Mourikis, and all the people held a minute silence.
