Like spring, autumn is the best time to get closer to nature. INFORMATION ABOUT THE HIKING ROUTE: The route runs under plane trees along the creeks that flow into the Foinika river. The gradient is not large, but there are places with large stones, water or mud. Therefore we recommend boots and a walking stick for support. We recommend that you take a water bottle with you. After about an hour of slow hiking, we reach a plateau where we can rest. The descent takes place on a wide unpaved road. The way is more comfortable, but it takes longer, about an hour and a half. We are accompanied by a person who is qualified for first aid.

INFORMATION TO GET TO THE STARTING POINT OF THE HIKE: When you cross the bridge over the river Foinika on the old national road Aigio-Patras, turn left towards Sarkouna. After approx. 7 minutes by car, just before the Sarkouna bridge over the Foinika, turn right towards Sarkouna. You will reach the settlement of Sarkouna.
