took part in the
Benefit Concert
"WHEN LOVE IS SUNG"
in favor of the
CENTER FOR REHABILITATION AND CARE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
(Ε.Κ.Α.ΜΕ./Α.m.Ε.Α.) on Sunday, July 17, 2022 at the
"Giorgos-Pappas-Theatre" - Egio.

CONCERT "WHEN LOVE IS SUNG"

The choral ensembles of the non-profit cultural organisation DI.KE.PA, consisting of the Aegialia Children's and Youth Choir, the Adult Choir Diakopto and the Adult Choir KAPI (Open Centre for the Elderly) Egio, in cooperation with the choirs of the Cultural Association "Aeolos" Valimitika and the CULTURAL SOCIETY LONGOS "LORD BYRON" organised a unique concert to raise public awareness about the aims and perspectives of E.K.A.ME.
Admission to the concert was free.
At the entrance there was a donation box for the E.K.A.ME., which was filled with 1160 € at the end of the event.
The choirs were musically accompanied by a live orchestra consisting of the following members: Vangelis Karatzas (bouzouki), Nikos Karamanos (clarinet), Yannis Economou (violin), Panagiotis Stouras (accordion) and Leandros Toumba (guitar). Vasiliki Nassis on piano and conducting the choirs. The well-known artist Yannis Karamanos has set his own musical accent with his guitar.
The event was hosted by radio producer Mary Zacharaki.
