October 28, 2022 Ceremonial Laying of Wreath   Wreaths were laid down at the statue of heroes of war after the Sunday Service in the church of Saint Dimitrios in Longos. On behalf of the CULTURAL SOCIETY LONGOS "LORD BYRON", this was done by the chairman Mr Ierotheos Mourikis. The President of the local Municipal Council, Mr. Dionysios Skarmoutsos, delivered the speech in view of the National Day in memory of Greece's "ΟΧΙ" (ΝΟ) to the Italian ultimatum and the resistance of the Greek people.
