OPERA EVENING

The CULTURAL SOCIETY LONGOS "LORD BYRON" has invited in cooperation with the the Hellenikon Idyllion to an OPERA EVENING with the "AMATÉ" Academy, Merano, under the direction of Professor Richard J. Sigmund on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at 8:00 p.m.

The event was supposed to take place in the courtyard of the Church of St. Demetrios, but unfortunately had to be cancelled. Piano: Ellen Kaufmann and Salvador Sinitsyn Direction: Richard J. Sigmund ADMISSION FREE

Shortly before the concert started, it began to rain, making it impossible to hold. The Chairwoman of the CULTURAL SOCIETY LONGOS "LORD BYRON", Mrs Dimitra Tsamtsouri-Prinou, thanked the artists by offering flowers. The flowers were a kind donation from the "PLATANOS" Cafe - Longos Square.
