CULTURAL SUMMER 2013

The   «First Aigialeias'     Competition of     Open Water Swimming»,     took place at the beach of     Longos - Selianitika.     This competition was originally     scheduled for Wednesday, August 21,     but due to bad weather conditions     it was delayed to Friday,     August 30, 2013.

Female and male swimmers from age 10 upwards participated in the Competition of Open Water Swimming.

The managing committee of the CULTURAL SOCIETY LONGOS "LORD BYRON" thanks the chairman of the CULTURAL SOCIETY SELIANITIKA "HELIOS", Mr Georgios Rozos, for the excellent cooperation in organisation and execution of the Competition of Open Water Swimming.

Especially thanks goes to the member of our society, Mr Leonidas Sfikas, who had the idea for the competition and who organized this competition by appointment of the CULTURAL SOCIETY LONGOS .
