The CULTURAL SOCIETY LONGOS "LORD BYRON" has organised in cooperation with MATTHEOS-TOURS - Aigio a one-day excursion to PAVLIANI - AGORIANI - GALAXIDI on May 6, 2023. Departure from Longos: 7:00 a.m.

Excursion programme May 6, 2023 PAVLIANI - AGORIANI (Eptalofos) - GALAXIDI

Gathering at the well in Longos at 07.00 a.m. and departure via the Rio-Antirrio bridge to Itea where we will make a short stop for coffee.

We continued to Pavliani in Fthiotida, a village built on the slopes of Oiti at an altitude of 1050m. So there we saw hammocks, wooden huts, nests and cable cars over the river, secret paths with imaginative signs.

Late in the afternoon we took the road to Agoriani, one of the most beautiful villages in Greece. There we had time for lunch and a walk to the village's trademark, the waterfall of Agoriani.

the afternoon we took the way back with a stop at Galaxidi. In the town with its great maritime history we enjoyed an afternoon coffee and after our walk around the beautiful harbour and the picturesque cobbled streets we went back for Longos.
